It depends. If you have a track record, it might be easier.
On the other hand, most start up businesses fail because they are undercapitalized.
On the other other hand, consider the people you go to for financing to be advisers. If you can’t get financing, maybe it isn’t such a hot idea and you are being blinded by your own enthusiasm.
